Oh I heard about this. There's a White-Out shortage in the US right now so EA can't use White-Out to replace 20 with 21. LMAO, these games are utter garbage. Not even to get into the company behind those products. I thought this was an insider, earnings term, then I read the replies and got the joke. Oh man your comment cracked me up. This was real great. That is Madden's final chance to Mut 21 coins really try and save some kind of face. Additionally inB4 the"I really don't like sports games" men appear lol. Madden has been terrible for a while regardless of the microtransactions. FIFA is not what it was but it's still a solid simulation of the sport. It's always amusing to see them such as"just do not buy it" but EA/2k have monopolized 3 of the most well-known sports today. Pretty much don't have any other option if you want to play a game between your favorite sport, team, and/or players. It's just amusing the jabs people who don't play sports games or COD take. Quality or not those matches are generally top 10 sales on all consoles. We also do not have as many options in their genres.
Well I gave up on Madden for previous few years. With Fifa and NBA2K I play with online vs or franchise modes so the microtransactions do not affect me really. Yeah I mean the monopoly part is awful but it's the worst with Madden. The PS2/OG Xbox were probably the heyday of the series sadly. Yeah I just purchase them used when they suck EA do not get my cash lol. Their final chance? The matches top the charts every year. Your average consumer does not know and does not care about all the small things r/games and other subs really like to cheap Madden 21 coins complain about. It is astounding that people on here claim that"madden is on its last leg" such as dude wake up and realize that you're not the target market and nothing is gonna change. They want to play Madden.
